O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Subramani.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and only one Kotteeswaran, has to pay a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) to the said defacto complainant. He further submitted that even though the petitioner has not committed any offence, the respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner and harassing him and asking him to sign in blank papers. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that one Subramani gave a complaint making allegation against the petitioner and hence he was called upon for enquiry. 4.Considering the above said submissions, the respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry without harassing the petitioner, if enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
