O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the second petitioner is the tenant under the second respondent and he has filed a suit in O.S.No.17 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, not to evict him except due process of law and that being so the second respondent gave a false complaint before the first respondent and based on the said complaint the first respondent is harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted

that after receipt of the complaint, the first respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed the same as it is relating to civil dispute.

4.Recording the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
