Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue appropriate directions to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.01.2018.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 13.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the proposed accused persons tried to trespass into the petitioner's property, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur and also obtained interim injunction and even after knowing the said order, the proposed accused persons trespassed into the petitioner's property on 13.01.2018 and removed the fencing stone and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 13.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.7 of 2018 has been issued and enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
