This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.02.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the petition given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed and the respondents are directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
