PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.5492 of 2019 order dated 11.04.2019 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5492 of 2019, dated 11/04/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is unable to furnish sureties and hence he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.
