This petition has been filed challenging the docket order passed in Crl M.P No. 5999 of 2022 in STC No.89 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main case itself ended in conviction in S.T.C.No.89 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ponnamaravathi, Pudukottai.
