ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.

174 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant was solemnized as per the Hindu Rites and Customs in the year 2012 and thereafter accused demanded dowry and harassed her.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no way connected with the alleged offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the investigation is going on. She further submits that the co-accused already released on bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23946 of 2014 on 30.12.2014.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate level, Mahila Court, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
