Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.633 of 2020, seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.4511 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.217 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 72 years and he has got some health ailments, due to which, he needs somebody's support to attend the Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions sofar.

4. Considering the ill-health and the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the second condition already imposed by this Court.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the second condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4511 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.217 of 2019, dated 08.05.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, once in three months at 10.30. a.m. on the first working day of English Calender month pending Appeal. All other conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
