RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.O.P (MD).No.4841/2019 dated 01/04/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has filed a private complaint against Mr.Soosaipandian, Special Sub Inspector of Police and two others in C.C.No.1752 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the same is still pending. When the petitioner went to the respondent police to comply with the condition as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6092 of 2019, the said Mr.Soosaipandian, Special Sub Inspector of Police threatened the petitioner by using filthy language and he did not permit him to comply with the conditions and hence he requested this Court to modify the condition.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.Side) denied the aforesaid allegations and she further submitted the petitioner has not complied with the conditions even a single day, hence she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opposed for modifying the said condition.

3. Considering the above said submissions, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on all working days at 10.30 a.m until furthers. All other conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
