Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) CRL MP(MD) No.640 of 2020 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2019, the petitioner is complying with the condition by staying at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station daily 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. Therefore, if the condition is further relaxed, no prejudice would be caused to anyone and the appellant accused would be able to carry on his daily routine and livelihood also. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition till date.
4.In view of the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal. sd/- 29/01/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
