O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the proceeding of the Commissioner of Ottapitaram Panchayat Union, the petitioner has to construct a house under 'Green House Scheme' and the Block Development Officer has passed order to supply 100 bags of cement to the petitioner, but contrary to the said order, one Ganesan has diverted the said cement bags some other persons and caused loss of Rs.22,000/- to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 20.11.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted, during enquiry, the petitioner has stated that she will workout her remedy before the Court and hence, she requested the second respondent not to take any action on her complaint and accordingly, the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint had been closed on 27.11.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
