PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7346 of 2019 dated on 29.05.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.7346 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7346 of 2019 on 29/05/2019 for the past 13 days. He would further submit that the petitioner is a lady and she is unable to stay at Madurai and report before the Aranthangi police station. Hence he seeks for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that

the petitioner has complied the condition only for 13 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she is unable to stay at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7346 of 2019 on 29/05/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
