PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records, pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in proceedings in Se.Mu.No.H/2910/2020-MGNREGS, dated 25.09.2020, quash the same and directing the respondents to allot the check dam work to all village panchayats of Pudukkottai Panchayat Union after inspecting the proposed work by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2021.
