ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.119 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 28.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C. and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, due to the land dispute, the accused attacked the de-facto complainant with aruval on the left leg and caused injury.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against the de-facto complainant and the same is registered in Crime No.118 of 2015 and as a counter-blast, this complaint is filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this is a case of case and counter and the victim has been discharged from the Government Hospital and taking treatment in a private hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
