ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2, A4, A6 and A8 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 441, 442, 443, 444, 445, 446, 447, 506(i), 506(ii) and 378 I.P.C in Crime No.1142 of 2014 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to property dispute, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is civil dispute between the parties and there was wordy quarrel and the victim sustained simple injury and the defacto complainant is the first petitioner's brother.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 23/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
