RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone to delay of 356 days in representing the above Second Appeal in S.A.(SR) No.12472 of 2015 and thus render justice. Prayer in S.A.(SR) No.12472 of 2015:- Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the order dated 07.11.2014 passed in A.S.No.125 of 2010 on the file of Learned Principal Sub Court, Madurai confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.107 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town dated 20.07.2010.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. There is a delay of 356 days in representing the papers. Though the petitioner has explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, since the delay is on higher side, the same can be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 356 days in representing the papers is condoned on condition the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.750/-(Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) to the "The Bubbles' Day Care Creche"maintained by the Woman Advocate Association, attached to the Madurai Bench Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
