COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Declaration, to declare the election results of the respondents 6 to 16 in the post of Director conducted for the Society MM 391 Kadampatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society as null and void and consequently direct the respondents 2 o 5 to re-count the votes independently in all categories I.e General, Women and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and thereby declare the successful candidates in the category of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe within the time limit.
