This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner before the first respondent, based on that the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received by the first respondent against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
4.Recording the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
