O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.40 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has preferred a complaint against one Ram Ganesh and based on the said complaint the respondent has registered a case on 26.09.2017 in Cr.No.40 of 2017 under Section 417, 376 IPC. He further submitted that even though the case has been registered on 26.09.2017, the respondent police has not taken any steps in the said case for completing the investigation at early. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner is now pregnant and only after delivery, blood sample can be taken from the child and the same can be sent for DNA test and hence, the respondent is waiting for delivery of the child. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to get advise from the medical officer whether the sample blood of the child can be taken even now and if it is possible to take such sample then he can take steps for getting DNA test at early and completing the investigation without further delay and file a final report within six months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
