ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was granted Interim Anticipatory Bail by this Court on 12.08.2014 on the condition that he should appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the said order, the petitioner has been appearing before the respondent Police for nearly one year and the respondent police has completed the investigation and laid the charge sheet in this case.

3. Considering the fact, the interim bail granted by this Court is made absolute and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
