This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register and investigate the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is also not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate for the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
