ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation in Na.Ka.No.24/ALGSC/I/PDK/2020 from the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent or any other competent agency to expedite the investigation and file a charge sheet. 2.Mr.B.Janarthkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner has sought for a 1/3
larger relief of transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent, it would be sufficient, if the investigation in Na.Ka.No. 24/ALGSC/I/PDK/2020, is monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Pudukkottai Town.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, is directed to monitor the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.24/ALGSC/I/PDK/2020.
4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
