This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner by way of falsely implicating in the criminal cases registered at their police station.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It appears that two cases have been filed against the petitioner in which, the petitioner has come out on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in two cases, the de-facto complainants had given an affidavit before the

Court that the petitioner had no connection with the above said two cases.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is not harassed. 6.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. It is made clear that in the absence of any rival complaint, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
