ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.77 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. After making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

4. Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The trial Court is also directed to complete the case in C.C.No.77 of 2015 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
