ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners / Accused No.1 and 3, to direct the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to expedite the Trial in C.C.No.122 of 2014 and dispose of the same within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the respondent has filed a charge sheet against three accused persons under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 494, 406, 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, based on the said charge sheet, the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, has taken the case in C.C.No.122 of 2014 and thereafter, the second accused died. He further submitted that totally eight witnesses cited and so far, five witnesses have been examined.
He further submitted that the first accused was working in the Police Department and because of the pendency of the said case, he has been removed from his service and hence, he is requesting this Court to give direction to the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, to dispose of the aforesaid case, at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that some reasonable time may be fixed for disposing of the aforesaid case.
4.Considering the above said submissions, the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent is directed to produce the remaining witnesses without taking unnecessary adjournments and further the petitioners are also directed to cross-examine those witnesses whenever they are examined before the Court without seeking any adjournments.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
