O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.2193 of 2015 dated 08.07.2015, thereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court on the first working day of a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested for the alleged offences under Sections 498 (A), 406 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act on 10.06.2015 and he was granted bail on 16.06.2015 with the condition to appear before the Court and he was complying the condition from 17.06.2015 appeared before the respondent twice a day morning 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m. and the condition was modified by the Mahila Court on 08.07.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has complied the original condition for more than 23 days and he finds it difficult to appear before the Court as per the modified condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when required.

With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
