This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the second respondent to forward the complaint given by the petitioner to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry as per the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

Heard Mr.S.B.Muruganandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5, 7, 8, 10 and 11, and Mr. G.Mohan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.6. 3.The relief as such sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous since Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has already been superseded by the Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
