ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.383 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested on 04.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4(1)(A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and hence, seek bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the first accused was found in possession of 7 bottles of brandy which was sold by the accused 2 and 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were implicated only on the basis of the confession of A1 and the prime accused was already arrested and released on bail. It is further submitted that they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the first petitioner is having two previous cases and the second petitioner is having one previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released

on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 23/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar TO 1 THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, THENI.
