ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2016 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

second respondent has registered a case on 27.05.2016 in Crime No.112 of 2016, under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C., but so far final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4.The second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within the period of three months from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
