Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SHRI SANTHAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent and Mr.B.A.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the intervenor, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4788 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1146 of 2020, dated 20.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.803 of 2021 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Friday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
