ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of case in M.C.No.128 of 2016, at early.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking maintenance and the same was taken on file in the Family Court in M.C.No.128 of 2016. He further submitted that the said petition is pending from the year 2016, without any progress. He further submitted that the petitioner is suffering without income and hence, the Family Court may be directed to dispose of M.C.No.128 of 2016, at early.

to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the said case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
