When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Cibi Chakraborthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is satisfied with the recent action taken by the authorities concerned in granting approval to her appointment and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
