ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute, which is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the house property situated in Survey No.496/2, measuring about 439.5703 sq.feet at Maruthakulam, Thottakudi Village, Nanguneri Taluk. He further submitted that with a view to grab the said property, the third respondent has created certain false documents and gave a false complaint before the second respondent and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after the enquiry, the said complaint has been closed as it is relating to civil dispute.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
