ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.612 of 2017, at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 26.11.2017 in Crime No.612 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C., but so far final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4.The second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within the period of three months from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
