This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in FIR connection with Crime No.102 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as above petitioner is concerned.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, KUmbakonam by way of e-filing in No.LTN202200026073202400466 on 22.07.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
