ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A6, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) I.P.C.
and Section 4 of Prohibition of Women Harrasement Act in Crime No.126 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant namely Radhamani alleged that the petitioners came to the place of the de-facto complainant's village and attacked the de-facto complainant and caused injuries to the de-facto complainant and her husband.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. She further submits that it is a case of case and counter.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, and each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
three weeks. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
