ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's brother one Dhanamalai is the owner of the property situated in Survey No.61/2C4, and he has executed two agreements on 02.01.1993 and 27.05.1997 to maintain his properties and subsequently, he died on 21.06.2000, leaving behind his daughters as his legal heirs. He further submitted that the fact remains so, one Ashok has created a false document on 07.03.2013, stating that the said Dhanamalai has executed a sale deed in respect of the aforesaid properties and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 29.11.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the same has been enquired and closed on 12.01.2018, as the dispute is civil in nature. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner, to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
