ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in connection to the Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent or to the competent and individual agency under the first and second respondent's herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the matter has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a copy of the closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case against some of the accused persons were closed as 'Mistake of Fact' wrongly by the police officers.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the such closure report in accordance with law.
