ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the real estate broker. He further submitted that the petitioner arranged to sell the property of one Kamala to one Muneer Ahamed and the said Muneer Ahamed has paid a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- as advance and after receiving the said amount, the said kamala did not execute the sale deed and also refused to return the aforesaid amount and hence, the petitioner has lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint before the third respondent on 07.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after the receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as the dispute is in civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioner through courier on 05.02.2018.

4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy under the law.
