The present writ petition has been filed challenging a Memo issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer/third respondent herein, under which he has refused to entertain the request for transfer of patta in the name of the writ petitioner on the ground that already the second respondent has passed an order on 26.11.2012 granting patta in favour of the sixth respondent herein. The order, dated 26.11.2012 passed by the second respondent is under challenge in W.P(MD)No.3222 of 2013. Since W.P(MD)No.3222 of 2013 has to be decided on merits, the present writ 2/4

petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.10.2022 Index :
