In compliance of the order of this Court, dated 22.11.2023, a memo is filed stating that a Demand Draft in favour of the first respondent for a sum of Rs.6,25,000/- was taken on 06.12.2023 and given to the first respondent. A sum of Rs.4,15,000/- due to the second respondent/auction purchaser is deposited into Court.
