This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2015.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint sent to the Higher Authorities through post. 3.Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on the first week of August 2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
