To call for records in Crl.M.P.No.2886 of 2021 in C.C.No.311 of 2017 dated 30.06.2022 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and SET ASIDE the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MICHEAL HELDON KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and none appeared either in person or by an advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the Criminal Revision challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2886 of 2021 dated 30.06.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

2.Despite the receipt of Court notice, the respondent has not turned up.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Considering the above, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund [Indian Bank High Court Branch, Madurai, Current https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
