PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the 3rd respondent pertaining to proceedings passed in Na.Ka. 1322/A1/2013 dated 19.03.2013 in respect of the lands in Survey No.228/19 of Manamelakudi Village, Pudukkottai District, quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the patta in respect the lands situated in Survey No.228/19 of Manamelkudi Village, Pudukkottai in the name of the petitioners and also in the name of the 4th respondent and also to carry out the same in Village Accounts of Manamelkudi Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
