PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, the first respondent herein, to give appropriate instruction to the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, the second respondent herein, so as to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4732 of 2012, dated 18.04.2012 scrupulously within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein, to give appropriate instruction to the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, so as to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4732 of 2012, dated 18.04.2012, scrupulously within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.946 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet on 25.03.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thoothukudi and the same was not taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed. However, the concerned Magistrate is directed to take cognizance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
