RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.7115 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 in so far as condition to report before the Namakkal Town Police Station instead of any one of the Police Station in Madurai District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SENTHIL SANKARANATHAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7115 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 insofar as condition to report before the Namakkal Town Police Station instead of any one of the Police Station in Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Mason he is from the poor family and hence he is unable to stay of Namakkal and report before the Inspector of Police, Namakkal Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of three weeks and hence he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7115 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 14/06/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
