ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which the request of the writ petitioner relating to the election held for the year 2013-2018 was rejected on the ground that the petitioner has to ventilate his grievances only in an application under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

2. A perusal of the affidavit and the impugned order discloses that the election related to the period between 2013-2018. The tenure of the office bearers has already 2/4

come to an end and hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
