ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 09.12.2017, at 12.30 p.m. one Selvam, who is working in the Electricity Board trespassed into the petitioner's house and criminally intimated her and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 09.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the allegations made in the complaint are false. He has also submitted that the said Selvam entered into the petitioner's house only for taking metre reading and hence the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy under the law.
