Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7100 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since there was some difficulty in arranging sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
