PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi to expedite the trial with in a stipulated time in C.C.No.22 of 2015.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.8, to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.22 of 2015 at early. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the above case and he is a law graduate and since the case is pending from the year 2015, he could not apply for the post of Judicial Officers and hence the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi may be directed to dispose of the C.C.No.22 of 2015 at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that total number of witnesses cited, in the charge sheet are 13 and out of them 12 witnesses have already been examined and only one witness has to be examined and hence he requests the court to fix some reasonable time to dispose of the aforesaid case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.22 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to produce the remaining witness in the next hearing without seeking any adjournment. Witness should be cross examined on the same day without seeking any adjournment by the accused. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
